Our Commitment
At Toshi's World, every order matters to us. If something isn't right with your purchase, we'll make it right - no lengthy processes, no runaround. Just message us and we'll sort it out.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 7 days we are unable to accept returns unless the product is found to be defective.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
You can request a return if:
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or not working as described
- The product does not match the description or photos on our website
- You changed your mind (product must be unused and in original packaging)
3. How to Request a Return

Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (required for damaged or incorrect items)
We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return the product must be:
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Unused and unaltered (except in cases of damage received at delivery)
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing accessories or packaging.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through the following methods:
- Online payments (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) — refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details or UPI ID when raising the return request.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- A full replacement shipped to you
- A complete refund to your original payment method
You do not need to return the damaged item in most cases — we will advise you after reviewing the photos.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products with missing original packaging or accessories
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale (if marked non-returnable at time of purchase)
8. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately after placing it. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but you may return it after delivery under this policy.
For COD orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason, re-delivery charges may apply on the next attempt.
9. Exchange
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
